I have 2 kids, go to school full time and work full time. I don't have a big chunk of time to do fat burning on the treadmill and target my problem muscle groups. So on some days I get up and get on my gazelle for 20 minutes and then do abs and stuff at night before bed. On days where I do have a larger chunk of time, I go to the gym and do treadmill for 30 minutes then do legs, butt and abs.
I just started this about a week or 2 ago and I really want to continue but I haven't lost any weight so I'm wondering if breaking it up has anything to do with it.
By the way I am female, 27 yrs, 5'4 and weigh 125. The weight I want to lose is strictly in my mid section...tummy, hips and butt. Not really a lot weight wise, mostly I want to tone but there is a few lbs to shed too.
Thoughts?
