You should get a complete physical, including blood work. It may be that you're anemic, which is easy to solve by diet changes or over the counter medications. Granted there could be something more serious but the sooner you determine the cause the sooner you'll feel better.

Make sure you're eating a healthy and balanced diet. Exercise will help too.

You mean to say you get IT daily.
I don't know why drinking water would help. To fight fatigue, you have to just find more active things to do. Don't sit around, get out there and walk for example. You don't need to go to a track etc., just walk around your neighbor hood, or a park etc. I would suggest exercising but not in your own home. Get out an join a adult exercise class, doesn't need to be a gym, there might be evenings classes at a local high school, or at the YMCA, YWCA that wouldn't be expensive.
Look around, get up and move around.

the longer you sleep, the tired you become. try forcing yourself to get up at a reasonable time for one week and see how that is.

if that does not work get checked out for some of the things mentioned above and or depression. good luck!

You need to see your doctor right away. It could be million things wrong with you. Make sure he starts with a blood test, that should reveal more or less what is wrong with you. Good Luck.

If it scares you, by all means visit your doctor. The doctor can run blood test on you for Epstein-Barr or iron deficiency.
