Why is it when I wake up I feel much more relaxed but in the end of the day I feel really tense and anxious? I have social anxiety and I get panic attacks everytime when I am in social situations.It made my life miseralbe I hadnt made any new friends in like 3 years. I used to be such outgoing and fun having guy, I was a live of the party. Now I can't even talk to anyone on the phone I get so nervous and panicky,go to the store,I can barely go to gas station and give money to the cashier. I am 20 and I stay home much of the time now,which makes me really depressed. But I found something out that when I wake up I am much more relaxed and less anxious than at the end of the day. But through out the day my body gets more anxious and tense,I can barely concentrate at the end of the day and I have very sensitive eyes. Is there any way to keep my self relaxed through out the day.

depression and anxiety go hand in hand, fueling each other. Anxiety is very f cking stressful, stress can cause tension. Get a good psychiatrist, you need meds, I take medicine for both. What happened three years ago? What happened three years ago? What changed, what was going on then?

You know man I am 18 and this Year it Hit me to I use to smoke pot drink and Party, But It hit me all of A sudden. i became Alienated weired out Trip out I some time I usually feel anxious, Maybe because your uncomfortable your Nerves System isn't the way it use to be. To much stress could change the way you r body becomes.I will Give you Some tips Wash your face with cold water. Water doesn't heal But it refresh. A other thing you should do is when it get to sleep time instead of laying up wards try to lay with your face down. Don't think about things to much just go with the flow, "This is not a emergency if I freak out and tense my self" .Go back to the restroom and wash your face .

Sounds like you look forward TO the day but stress out during the day. It could be your job, work station, co-workers, Boss, a non-nutritious lunch.....and so much more. Does your Company have an Employee Assistance Program? If so, take advantage of their help. It appears that you need some sort of professional intervention..........left untreated, your symptoms could worsen and manifest themselves in unwanted ways that could be dangerous to you or others. Ask your Physician.....your Clergyman or other Social Service provider to evaluate you. You should do this VERY SOON!! I wish you well, there is hope.....don't give up!

Are u working at a really stressful job? Are you going through family problems? All of these things play a role in how anxious you are...

You need to go to a counselor.....really! Half the battle is recognizing that you have a problem. If you truly want to get over this, I recommend that you go and go for awhile until you see what is really causing your anxiety. Don't take pills which only covers the root of the problem! Go!
