Any doctor that does surgery tends to make more as surgical procedures tend to pay well (even though payment goes down every year while costs and liability go up). For the individual that said podiatrists don't go to medical school I need to let you know that podiatrists do go to podiatry school which is 4 years long and still very challenging. A podiatry license allows me to prescribe drugs and do surgery. My scope of practice is just limited to the foot and ankle.

It depends where the person is located and their clientel. Most likely the brain, heart, and cancer doctors are your top 3... from there it depends on the circumstances.

psychiatrist or neurologist

why, you want to know who to sue?

Edit: Also--big laugh at the dude who said anesthesiologists--they have one of the most complicated specialties in medicine and have to pay some of the highest insurance premiums of people on the planet

Edit: podiatrists, optometrists, and dentists are not physicians, they're still 'doctors' by title, but for clarification, they do not go to medical school and are not physicians
