How do I prevent urinating so frequently?

Alright, I have to urinate at least once every half hour. I think something is wrong with my kidneys but I went to the doctor and they couldn't find anything. Is there anything I can do so that I at least don't have to go all the time during class? Its really ridiculous cuz I have to leave like twice every class. It isn't diabetes though, because I had a urine sample.

First and foremost, go to a urologist. Your doctor may prescribe mediction for you, or help you in other ways.

Yes, like LuckyDuck said, get a fasting blood sugar test. It usually takes 2 tests of this to come to any conclusion. It is better to find out first and foremost as diabetes can be and is a silent killer. It is so much better for a person to be ahead of the disease but we can and do live normally and healthier. There are sooo many people walking around with it and don't know it. If it is diabetes, the urininating is from too much sugar in your urine. I sure hope you don't have it. I have had it for almost 47 yrs now taking 4-5 injections a day but this is for type 1. Please get your sugar tested and not the urine way.

You didn't go to the doctor, because having to go that often is indeed a symptom of a problem. And you cannot determine whether or not you have diabetes based on a urine test. A series of blood tests are necessary to make that diagnosis. Stop fooling around and get to the doctor. You might - might - not have a terribly serious problem, but the risk of it being a serious one is too great to keep hiding from reality. Diabetes kills - you in a hurry to die?

You need to see a real Doctor! the quack you saw did not do the correct testing AND if he/she left you to have to find out whats wrong by your self then he/she is a true quack.
Urinating that much can be dangerious for many reasons. But it is the classical DX for diabetes and you need to be tested for it & other things as well.
Do not let this go on any longer, it can kill off your kidneys (like mine) and then if your lucky and survive, you will be on dialysis for the rest of your life or on a transplant list (like me).

first go to the doctor. Things like this can sneak up on you. Maybe have your doctor order a 24 hr urine test. If you have high sugars that will make you pee a lot too.

Get your blood sugar checked. A urine sample is not accurate. I was peeing like crazy before I found out I was diabetic. Now that my blood sugar is in control, I pee like anybody else.

I really don't see how. You just stated that urination was a process that removed toxins from your body, so why would you want to drink it. I can't think of one good reason that there would be any health benefits.

This is a symtom of Diabetes. Get your blood sugar levels checked. You may need medication.
