I have been having constipation last week and it has come back again this weekend, how would I prevent from getting it.

Green tea has many beneficial properties such as antioxidants, calcium etc. I was told to drink green tea without sugar or milk. My question is does the properties of green tea change if mixed with sugar or milk or both. I am not a diabetic. What are the other reactions that happen when sugar and milk is added to it.
Further, there is well known practice of aerating Tea or coffee which enhances the taste of tea. Does it oxidise any chemicals in tea/coffee that enhances the taste/aroma.

She has been suffering from cough quiet frequently ( at visakhapatnam - my previous duty station and high on sulphur pollution) and was treated againt this pollution. On Dr advice i have changed station and she appears to be recovering, but the coughing resurfaces on and off. I am looking for a permanent solution and your help in this regard would be very helpful.

i got married at the age of 16 and had my first born at the age of 16 too,since i married young and had a family young i lost all of my friends because i stoped partying, drinking, acting wild and going out.
for years i felt complete just by having my family members around, i still feel very happy and greatful to have my family, but i am starting to feel that i need to make some friends,i feel lonely, people always take a liking to me but i am scared to take the next step, it is very hard for me to socialize and carry on a conversation, what should i do to become less shy and more outgoing and more confidant?

We are waiting on the results of my son's Whooping Cough test. (I am nearly convinced that is what he has.) He's 16 mos old. For anyone who's been through this with a young child (under 2), was there anything you were able to give them that enabled them to sleep? My son hasn't had more than 15 min of uninterrupted sleep in the past four days. His Ped recommended Delsym, but that was before they suspected whooping cough. The Delsym isn't working. Please don't tell me I need to ask his doctor. He's obviously under medical care and I WILL ask about cough medication once they can confirm his diagnosis. For now, I'm just curious as to other people's experiences.

Every 2 days give or take my legs and/or arms will just spaz out for no reason. It only happens when I lay down, but when it does I'll just be laying there and out of nowhere my legs/arms will spaz inward or outward for a second or so.

Are these just more extreme muscle spasms, or could they be something else?

Hey guys, I have noticed little white dots on my penis where the head meets the foreskin. They don't hurt or anything, just look nasty. 'I" isually bite and damage my cheek inside-on the sides of the cheeks,I don't know how I do it,but I only notice it when they are sore and thats when I find out that,I asually chew them.Is this usual?

I'm 20,but I got my last milk-tooth taken out in May,this year and I din't even know that I still had those! now-My gums swell at the end of my teeth as if a new one is about to come out,but nothing actually comes out,it hurts though.

My gums are sensitive,they bleed usually and I'm scared that I'll lose my teeth soon.Rescue me!

I can't afford to lose my teeth.

I can eat 5000 calories a day and sit on the computer all day or eat 2000 and play basketball all day and either way I never gain nor lose weight.

I was a decent sprinter , 11.5 for 100m metres. I had a hamstring injury playing rugby last year and now have fully recovered from that injury but have lost a lot of my pace. What training can i do to get my speed back. Both indoor gym work and outdoor training would be appreciated.

I went swimming 2 days ago and some air got into my left ear and is now blocked( the same feeling you sometimes get on a plane)
I went to then doctors who said everything looked fine and gave me an antibiotic spray.That hasn't worked and ive tried the 'holding your nose' and blowing thing.No luck.
Does anyone have any tips or an idea of how long it should take?
