Im 15 and decided to cut out icecream, candy, cookies, soda, and any junky kinda foods but i also only eat two times a day now, around 12 and around 5 im also out alot running around for about 1 hr or 2 i have started eating veggies like broccoli, carrots, lettuce, and fruits but once in a while i do feel kinda dieasy im not sure if its from changing my eating habits though. example this morning i ate a piece of sweet bread and my stomach started hurting so my question is am i doing the right thing or do u guys hav any other ideas?
