Always remind yourself to stand/sit up straight. Or you'll end up like the hunchback of Notre Dam. Exercising helps too...

Without knowing where your spine is curving, or if it is just a matter or rounded shoulders, the first answer is to stretch!
There are also many weight-lifting exercises you can do to improve your postures.
Also, throughout the day, try to remember to set up straight and relax your shoulders. Just being aware of the problem and trying to consciously work towards better posture will be a big help!

Try the Back Extension Stretch!
Get on all fours with your hands on the mat under your shoulders and knees under your hips. Exhale and extend your left arm as you simultaneously extend your right leg. Inhale and return your left arm and right leg to the starting position. Then extend your right arm and left leg. Continue alternating until fatigue.
Benefits: Makes you look great in backless dresses, improves posture.

Try to be as aware as possible as often as possible as to your posture. Try to sit up straight, and find seats, chairs, sofas, etc., that promote good posture. Also, you might try exercising your stomach and back muscles, I'll bet that'll help you sit/stand better.
Long Live Hezbollah!

I have the same problem, and I even asked a question about it. In fact, when I saw this question, it reminded my to stand up straight!
Well, takeing a big breath in, will make your back stright, and then with that, make sure your sholders are straight. Try to clentch your sholder blads back and forth, as an exercise. It is ahrd to keep your back straight when you are not thinking about it, that is what I need to work on. Make so that even though your back is straight, your sholders are relaxed.
People told me to take Yoga, and I am going to look into that. Good luck to you, and good luck to me!
