I'm am very worried about her. I want to know if anyone can answer or have an answer or an opinion of what may be wrong with her. " she has been havin problems with her period for a while now. but has not has one in three months. now that she started havin one 11 days ago its at non stop. dark sticky tar look. now the last three days she has hsd dark red blood heavy clots.losing alot of blood. I am miles away from her or i would go see myself wants wrong and take her to the doctor. But her being 20 i cannot make her go, so i want to find out what others think so i can tell her. I personally believe she had a miscarriage, or she has a bad uterus. what could be wrong? Please help, I am needing some answers from all that can help me.I really do believe as her mom that she had a miscarriage. If so she does need to have a dnc done to clean out before it gets infected and cause more damage. Please help if u have an or any Idea.

Many women go thru a time of excessive bleeding. Through personal experience I know how exhausting and painful it can be. My gyno diagnosed it as menorrhagia or hypermenorrhea. Mine was caused by the type of birth control I was using. The treatment consists of a round of Premarin (the same drug used to treat menopause in women) to stop the bleeding, a change in birth control, and probably some iron and other vitamins and minerals to counteract what she's losing in the blood. Please read this article about it and send it to her as well.

I have never heard of the dark tar sticky stuff, but I also bleed really heavy with alot of clots. I know this is gross but is there a real bad smell? Maybe she is having a miscarriage. I think that she just needs to go to the local emergency room. This is not something she wants to mess around with.

If you are so worried then insist she see a doctor immediately! If she won't go call 911 and report her as mental and bleeding. If that doesn't work, then all you can do is take out a nice fat life insurance policy on her and let her make you financilly set. I'm not trying to be sarcastic but your daughter sounds like an idiot.

It sounds like the three months of period is coming out. My sister used to be heavy set and didn't have a perios for years and once she lost weight she had a period for a month. But, if she is usually regular I think your right she had a miscarriage and is probably in denial you need to go to your daughter and take her to E.R. and have them check she might need to be cleaned out. Good luck. I hope she gets better. I will say a prayer for you and her.

More than miscarriage this could be harmonal imablance also . Please don't jump to dnc like surgical methods , without other therapies. I my self am going through some thing like this, definitely I was not pregnant. Doctors so far said due to irregular meals , hard work. Of course your daughter is much younger to me. So please contact a good gynic, let her stay with people where she can have a blanced diet ........ things should set soon for her.

well seeing as i am answering this 5 days after it was posted i surely hope your daughter has gone to a dr. by now. she has something seriously wrong. if i was her mom i dont care how far away she lived. i have a daughter 24 and i would drag her bleeding butt to the doctor if i had to. (i know kids can be stubborn especially about gyn issues) but it sounds very serious.

i have a problem kinda like that but not for that long!
the tested me for endometriosis by using sonogram and the found two cysts on my one on each overie!!
if shes in pain like i was and still am she needs to go to the doctor!!
