If you are out drinking, drink a glass of water between each alchoholic drink you have. Before you go to sleep, drink a large glass of water and take 2 ibuprofens (anti inflammatory action here). You should feel pretty good in the AM. Also, don't mix the alchohol, stick to just one kind for the night, and don't drink low shelf... do this and you should never really feel hung over. Also, if you are drinking to the point where you need to throw up, this is binge drinking, and could mean you have a "problem". Be careful and be safe...

Start drinking water when you start drinking alcohol. My plan is 1 drink 1 water or 2 drinks to 1 water. Keeps me hydrated into the next morning. The more water you drink the better you will feel and still have a decent buzz.

Drink alot of water, gatorade, and cranberry juice. That will get your system flushing. You can even try vineger water. Use 1/2 cup of vinegar and 2 cups of water. Drink as much as you can handle.

If you are too hung over to exercise then don't. You've made yourself sick, and only time will make you feel better. Lots of fluids etc. help, but it takes time to rehydrate and for the aldehyde to metabolize out.

Often people are hung over because alcohol causes low blood sugar. try drinking lots of juice and then protein. actually when i was younger and would drink more a glass of milk and a turkey sandwich would fix me right up. the milk has natural sugar and protein in it.

unfortunately the enzyme that breaks down alcohol works at the same pace no matter how much you drink. i would suggest drinking less or drinking as much water as alcohol the night before to counteract the dehydration that causes hangover symptoms.
