yea you dont need to lose any more weight...youre body is probably getting used to the way youre eating. you can continue to lose weight but it wont be as quick as they way you lost weight when you first started. dieters always hit a plateau and get discouraged but the key is to keep doing what youre doing.

also make sure you do NOT go below the healthy BMI for your height

Are you cold a lot of the time? Do you feel tired easily? Do you get sick a lot? If so then you could have a thyroid condition. It is very hard to lose weight if your thyroid is low. Thyroid disease affects every cell in your body besides slowing down your metabolism. If you have a thyroid test done tell your Doc you want a complete thyroid panel done because a lot of the time if they only check TSH it is missed. Although if a TSH level is borderline then you should be on medication.
I must say though, for your height and weight you sound like you are where you should be. I'm sure if you are eating well and exercising that you look great!!

You are so thin now that your body doesn't have much fat left to lose. Now your muscles are going to start wasting away, and you are going to become anorexic. I hope you'll rethink your weight loss program.

try to switch up your daily exercise routine. your body starts to get used to it and you don't burn as many cal. and give it time. it happens sometimes just keep up the good work and before you know it you will be at the weight you want
