the theory behind this is that if one holds back ejaculation for extended periods of time that when they finally release it, it is sapose to be multiplied in pleasure. try controlling your stream of urine (stoping and starting during the stream)- it strengthens the muscles and enables you to hold back ejaculate longer. good luck.
