I am hoping a Juice Plus rep reads this. I ordered product from the company and it came yesterday while we were out of town. Our mail carrier, unfortunately, left the box that was too big to fit in the mailbox at our side door on top of the garbage can. The box was outside for about 32 hours in heat up to 90 degrees or so. I haven't opened any of the bottles of product yet because I was concerned they may be damaged from the heat. Can anyone advise me on this? The Juice Plus office is closed for Labor Day, so I can't reach anyone until Tuesday. I really want to begin using the products, but I know I can't return them if I have opened them. Also, I feel the post office is responsible. Thanks.

I went to Japanese festival today in St. Louis. They had sumo wrestlers. You’d expect that these would be the hugest of men in our time – you’d be wrong. We are fat, beyond fat – obese. I think even beyond obese. Obese is >= 130% of ideal weight. That’s almost everybody these days. We routinely see people that are 200%, maybe 300%.

What would be your term for those super-duper sized people?

This is the last night that I have to do my work without having school the next day. I figure I'll stay up til like 6 am doing homework, then sleep all tomorrow.

I know I wont do my work if I dont do it tonight, so what are some tips you can give me to staying awake? Drinking coke never seems to help.

I've always been somewhat active, but 2 weeks ago I began daily doubles for my high school volleyball team, and I've also been running a mile or two several times a week. My daily doubles are now over and I only have practices once a day, but I've been running the same amount. Towards the end of my runs my shins will start to hurt mostly on the inside of my leg instead of the front or outside. When I finish the pain gets more intense and then after about 20 minutes the pain goes away unless I put pressure on the part of the bone that is about 3 or 4 inches above my ankle. It seems like the pain has been getting worse instead of better the more I exercise. What can I do (aside from rest, because I can't stop going to practice or running) to stop the pain and stop it from progressing? Thanks!

My father died a couple of years ago. Within the grieving process, I became depressed and my sex life became almost nonexistent. I got into negative thinking patterns surrounding sex: expecting to hear criticism, rather than enjoying my partner, constantly hearing "not good enough" even though it wasn't said, etc.

What is the best way to rebuild my sexual self-esteem now that the grieving process is concluded?

I have taken it for several days and feel liked it was helping me somewhat, now I cannot fall asleep tonight? I did miss one night of taking, which was last night, but I was on pain meds last night for migraine. So, I started taking Elavil again tonight. I would also like to know how many milligrams are taken by people.
