Because i just had some not knowing the expiration date was novemeber of last year. My mom said that they usually just put expiration dates on powerd stuff so you'll throw it away and buy more. Will i get food poisoning? Or am I ok?

Pssh. That's a bunch of bologna. It's non-perishable food for a reason. Powdered stuff like pudding, jello, Kool-Aid... never go bad really and you're mom is defiantly right, they just want more money... Scum bags.

I would go with what your mom said, I use out dated stuff all the time, I never got food poison.

Your fine, Although it can get old enough that it might not "jell"
anymore as long as it was kept closed and dry it's pretty safe.

Yes, it does go bad. It's cheap, too. Buy more.
