It's called morning wood, and yes taking a pi$$ is nearly impossible. I have to put myself in a rather uncomfortable situation just so I don't pee on the toilet or on the floor it really sucks. I have found that morning wood isn't always attributed to having a dream about hot girls either, but maybe I was since I can't remember most of them.
