Another thing you can do is get a hair cut and donate your hair to Locks of Love. The hair has to be a certain length, and there are some other requirements- the information is on the website, http://www.locksoflove.org/. I did this already, and my hair hasn't been long enough to do it again, or I would.

I've donated 16 inches to locks of love, young children who are rapidly growing do not get real human hair they get synthetic

min length they will take is 10 inches because most girls want the long hair which with the production will make it 8.

here is another site I found http://www.wigsforkids.org/

Funny you asked, I've been growing my hair for three years now to donate to love of locks for children only, but know I've got to wait a little longer cause I just died it.My hair started out above my sholders, now its in the middle of my back.Once I start to sit on it I'll cut it.I've always had short hair.
