I have a chubby face and fat arms, but my waist, hips, and legs are pretty slim. What should I do to get a proportionate body? I don't want to go through liposuction.

It's a tough one. You could try yoga or pilates to slim down and streamline your arms, whilst building up your stomach and thigh muscles to make you look more proportionate. HTH : )

try using weights to lose the weight on you arms dunno how to do anything about a chubby face tho
