I went to Japanese festival today in St. Louis. They had sumo wrestlers. You’d expect that these would be the hugest of men in our time – you’d be wrong. We are fat, beyond fat – obese. I think even beyond obese. Obese is >= 130% of ideal weight. That’s almost everybody these days. We routinely see people that are 200%, maybe 300%.

What would be your term for those super-duper sized people?
