Not wanting to do the things that would normally be enjoyable for you, eating more (or less) depending on you personally, feeling like no body cares about you, not wanting to do anything (going to work, getting dressed etc), not having fun with the people that you would normally like to be with, moodiness, excessive crying, being irritable or angry at little things - these are also signs of your hormones being "out of whack". If you think that you may be depressed you should talk to a doctor about how you are feeling. You can also do a general search in any search engine for despression and it will produce useful information on the subject....tests that you can take if you think that you suffer with this disorder. Good luck in your search....and I do hope that you do not suffer with depression, for your sake and for the sake of those around you that love you.

no energy, no appetite, or constantly snacking, crying for no reason, feelings of hopelessness,un reasonable fears, wanting to stay alone, sleeping too much. if you have any of these go see a doctor. medicine really helps. don't just sit home and suffer. oh and it can also make you hurt all over for no reason too.
