Only eat 3 times a day. Replace breakfast and dinner wit a 2 or less carb whey protein drink. Do not mix the protein with milk. That is fattening and full of carbs. Even the fat free milk is full of carbs. Mix it with water. Chew sugar free gum if you get hungry or go to the mall. Take a walk.
