well you might have a parasite, which means they are eating the nutriants and your body isn't getting them. they live in your colon most people don't even know they have them. once you get rid of them your body won't crave so much food that it thinks it needs.also eating organic extra virigin coconut oil really helps, I keep it in the frig. and break it up in to Tsp. size chunks and stick it in my cheek and it slowly melts into my mouth, it doesn't taste that great. it's the saturated fat that you need without the transfat and instead of eating a big heavy meal to get it.
