It is more likely a clogged artery. Get it checked fast just in case - since this can lead to a heart attack. It could also be some sort of nerve damage. Always better to be safe than sorry! See a Doctor ASAP. Good luck.

Probably not. A heart attack symptom is usually the left arm, going up into the jaw. It could be many things such as strained muscle, pulled muscle, bursitis (although that is usually extremely painful). He should have it checked out to correct whatever is causing the symptoms.
