You gotta see a Dr. That is really not healthy, and it could be a sign of a bigger problem, like diverticulitus, or worse, colon cancer.
People in the US are afraid to talk about comon functions, but it is VERY important.
Go see a Dr. have him do an ultrasound to make sure there isn't a tumor or blockage or something.
Then, eats lots of fruit, drink lots of H2O, and drink prune juice.
A daily fiber supplement will help too (like Metamucil).

For example juice four large carrots with two apples and mix the juice together. Do this twice in one day and you will feel and witness enormous results and benefits
I was shocked and cleansed when I did this. I have the juice man junior and use a few times per month!

If you are not eating a lot of fruits, you can purchase pectin (is used for canning) but is effective for constipation also... You need to find out what is causing the constipation, not treating the constipation. The usual culprit is the inability to digest protein... you may find relief by eating papayas or the pill form.. is a protein enzyme and may take care of the problem for you.
You may find immediate relief by using a soap enema.. but should teach yourself to have a certain time of day to have elimination. No longer than 3 days apart.

Well not sure if this will work for you or not, I used to have the same problem but since I've been taking a product called Vibe which is an all natural vitamin and mineral supplement, I have become quite regular say every morning. and that started happening one week after I started taking it.
p.s (this is not the main reason I was taking the product.)

Nothing beats Papaya fruits. Include it with each meal you take. Its a nice fruit to eat and healthy. All my life I have been having constipation. Then my wife introduced me to Papayas and there is nothing i enjoy like going to the toilet.

A big spoon of prune extract and a big spoon of cod liver oil first thing in the morning and last thing at night. You will be running to that loo, I promise you.

Eat walnuts and blueberries .They fight colon cancer .Drink lots of water, exercise.Im totally serious jumping jacks work for alot of people or jump on a mini trampoline.Hope this helps also check out the IBS website it might help you.

you dont have to go to the dr, they sell over the counter stuff. correctol-you take 8-12 hours before the time you want it to work. And you might have to take it a couple times but it will work, I would start it on a weekend off, see how it works & go from there.

Eat more fiber.....roughage is the answer! You won't need anything to drink (besides water) if you just eat more foods rich in fiber, fruit, veggies...and the like.
