Every 2 days give or take my legs and/or arms will just spaz out for no reason. It only happens when I lay down, but when it does I'll just be laying there and out of nowhere my legs/arms will spaz inward or outward for a second or so.

Are these just more extreme muscle spasms, or could they be something else?

I have that oddity too. It's nothing serious. Mine though happen when I am on the verge of almost sleep. You know...when you didn't realize you were asleep until you jerk. Maybe it was just an inital dream reflex. And it's not often, but enough to be noticeable.

Its called restless leg syndrom. I get it too, and it drives me up the wall!!!
I even read in some magizine a few months ago about some kind of support group that has meetings for people who suffer from it. that seemed a bit silly to me really. But Im not sure what causes it but I do know that if you tell your doctor he can perscribe you something to calm your restless limbs.

This happened to me when I had saint Vidas dance. It is a side effect of strep throat/Rheumatic fever I didnt even know I had.You become very clumsy and your limbs will jerk every so often. You will want to see a doctor if it continues or becomes worse.
