Are you getting hard? You wont c.um unless you're getting hard-ons. But I didn't start ejaculation till I was like 14. Now that I think of it I was getting hard-ons when I was your age.

no. dont base it on your underarm hair there are some can ejaculate but dont hav hair on armpit.
youre 12 so it is possible for you to have your semen come out.
just get a **** over it.
