absolutely not. The HIV virus is very fragile and believe it or not there needs to be an adequate amount of it in a body fluid to be passed on.
The amount of the virus in simple saliva is so remote that its virutally impossible to get from sharing a ciggy.

If you had a sore in your mouth yes, any place where blood to blood contact is the chances Is there even with bjs, so yes you can get HIV from a ******** if one of you are infected with HIV.

No. HIV is spread by sexual intercourse or through the blood. Unless this person has major blood coming out their mouth your fine. But why are you too cheap to buy your own cigarettes? If you cant afford them you shouldn't be smoking them.
