'I" isually bite and damage my cheek inside-on the sides of the cheeks,I don't know how I do it,but I only notice it when they are sore and thats when I find out that,I asually chew them.Is this usual?

I'm 20,but I got my last milk-tooth taken out in May,this year and I din't even know that I still had those! now-My gums swell at the end of my teeth as if a new one is about to come out,but nothing actually comes out,it hurts though.

My gums are sensitive, they bleed usually and I'm scared that I'll lose my teeth soon.Rescue me!

I can't afford to lose my teeth.

I feel your pain. The biting or chewing on the inside of your cheek is a bad habit. I suffer from the same thing and just like a thumb sucker it is hard to stop doing it. Try anbesol on the inside of your mouth for the pain.

It also sounds like your wisdom teeth are trying to come out. They are very painful when they first start to come out but after about 2-3 days the pain will disappear. The pain will come and go as they break through your gum but you will definetely want to see an oral surgeon to have those removed because if not it will end up causing you more pain that lasts longer and make all your other teeth shift.

And as far as your gums go...if your gums are bleeding when you brush your teeth-you probably have gingivitis. It's not usually painful at first but with time if you don't get it taken care of and undergo treatment it will eventually cause your gums to literally rot which will cause you to lose teeth and have even more pain.

I recommend you take care of your teeth and see a dentist for your annual check ups. Having healthy teeth is one of the most important things in life. Studies say that people who don't take regular care of their teeth are at greater risk for diseases such as Heart Disease, Acid Reflux Disease etc.

You may bite your cheeks because they are swollen. It sounds as though(and I am not being nasty by saying this) you don't brush your teeth often and you have gingervitis(gum disease) If our gums near our teeth can become infected then it stands to reason that it can spread to the flesh inside our mouths(ie:cheek) Use an antiseptic mouthwash and brush your teeth every day 3 times if you can manage it, it will disappear in approximately a week and then keep it up, establish a routine. I hope this helps.
