What do you do if want to carry more weight, stronger? You simply build your muscle by carrying more weight. The brain is like a muscle, the more you use it, the stronger in becomes.
A good way to improve memory is to do a end-of-day reflection. This improve memory by recalling what happened and with time, you'll have a better memory and at the same time, becoming a better person.
