What do you do if want to carry more weight, stronger? You simply build your muscle by carrying more weight. The brain is like a muscle, the more you use it, the stronger in becomes.

A good way to improve memory is to do a end-of-day reflection. This improve memory by recalling what happened and with time, you'll have a better memory and at the same time, becoming a better person.

Eat nuticious food. Use memory enhancing vitimin tablets. drink lots of water. Get enough sleep. Reading excersises the brain.

Peanuts are known to improve memory...study or read in the early hours of the morning...4 or 5am... u tend to retain it better

keep your mind stimulated with puzzles, do an IQ test, make it think every once in a while
