my sugar went high two weeks ago coincident swwith starting a Citalopram anti depressant tablet-i came off eight days ago after seven days on reaoning that it would take an equal amout of time to get out of the system-i checked my meeter although there was no need as the polyuria told me all i wanted to know-im geetting a new batch of tablets tonighty and checking expiry dates,tightened the diet,reduce my stress to leave only the possibility of a symptomleesss urinary infection or a sudden worsenig of the diabetes-have i left anything out
it was so frustrating as i had finally achieved a 5.8 hba1c and burying a cut price meter accu view opened up a whole new pack of sleeping dogs-see my question
i am trying to bear in mind that theses setbacks are part of the journey but its very nasty as i have just had my eyes operated on and am desperate to stop the new leaky blood vessels from recurring

I can breathe a little better at night by using another product, a breathe right nasal strip, but I still snore and wake up several times at night. The Breathe EZ nose clip claims to open the airways in your throat. I've read the testimonials on the websites that sell the device, but would like some independent opinions before I buy. Any users? on the bottle of this medication toothpaste it says do not swallow or rinse for 30 minutes once applied. Well after a minute i spit it out like told and little bit of paste is left so what happens if I swallow it accidently?

Due to the nature of my job and working conditions, I cannot smoke at my job. This is a new job and I have come to terms with this fact, even if it means up to eight hours without a cigarette. Have you ever had this problem? How can I deal with this without getting withdrawal symptoms or getting agitated? What about nicotine gum while I'm at work? Maybe this will eventually lead me to stop smoking altogether. : ) Advice?

I am currently coming to terms with having ADHD at the age of 45. I went after being checked out on my own. After extensive testing, was determined to have it and put on a stimulant to offset the affects. The med works great, but the much needed help ended after the diagnosis. I now know that I am different than "normal people" and am trying to come to terms with it. But, how do I now ease this into my work environment without giving the exptation of special consideration. Understanding yes, but not to be treated any different. I know, once I work through this, I will better be able to help my children as well as those I teach in my Religious Education class.
