How do you know that you have breast cancer?and other diseases?.

It depends on the disease in question.

A doctor will have special sensitive equipment that can spot cancerous tissues, and there is an exam you can perform yourself to find suspicious lumps.

I know that's not much, but I don't dare offer more without a somewhat narrower field to try to cover.

you can only tell if you have a very strong microscope and can do your own needle biopsies. It's much cheaper to do to Dr than buy the microscope. You'd also have to culture it for a few days too, so see the cells change (multiply) into cancer.
