I can breathe a little better at night by using another product, a breathe right nasal strip, but I still snore and wake up several times at night. The Breathe EZ nose clip claims to open the airways in your throat. I've read the testimonials on the websites that sell the device, but would like some independent opinions before I buy. Any users? Thanks!

I like the strips better than the clip.

Breathe Ez nose clips won't help your sleep apnea. See your doctor about getting a sleep study done, you might need a machine called a CPAP to help you sleep at night.

Neither product is really effective for sleep apnea because they treat the NOSE -- sleep apnea (snoring, too) is a problem of the pharynx (throat).
