I do have endometriosis but i dont think that has anything to do with this. Between 7-10 days before my period, I feel so depressed to the point where I feel like a completley different person! I don't want to go anywhere, go to work, talk to anyone, I sometimes cry for no reason and I also get very negative and irritable. I take 75mgs of effexor for anxiety (which runs in my family; my mom and my sister both take the same medication for the same reason) so you would think that the meds would help my PMS but it doesn't seem to be. I can't imagine what I would be like w/out the effexor - now that would be scary. My PMS is so bad that it effects my daily life, my family, my work and my relationships with others. What can I do? I really HATE IT more than anything. Having endometriosis pain is bad enough - adding the mental on top of it is just awful. Somedays I just want to throw in the towel, run off and hide. Please help!

I have experienced drinking lot of water.
Helps getting good sleep.

Last few days my water intake increased
I felt it has improved my sleep.

It anyway proven more water intake improves sleep?

My son has had since birth severe breathing issues (he has laryngotracheomalacia) and asthma, and severe gerd(hes on an adult dose of prevacid daily). He has had 13 hospital stays and more than enough er and dr visits.
I fired the first GI doc after my son developed pnemonia secondary to reflux and continue to require .31mg xopenex every 2 hours at home around the clock (i am a respiratory therapist), anyways the new GI doc said he has a milk protein allergy on top of all of the above problems. He placed him on Ellecare formula. His respiratory issues immediatly disapeard. Then soon to follow his GI symtoms disapeared. He has now (2 days from now will be 1) been able to eat every type of babyfood out there, and no reactions. The GI doc said it was time to see an allergist for testing, and a milk trial. He had neg skin and blood test, but had respiratory and gi symptoms (including gi bleeding) from the milk.

Hi I have major problems with my teeth & I think I need major work done to them. I can't just afford a few hundred pound just like that any advice? I am not registered with any dentist & I am in pain every day with my teeth!! Its my own fault for reasons I won't go into but I need some advice please help!!

He is quite responsible and can take care of himself, but I don't want someone poking them out during gym. He just needs them for reading, writting, ETC, so I don't see what the point of getting contacts are.

I am on Wellbutrin (for about 1 1/2 mos. now) to counteract any side effects with any other anit-depressant I would take. I would just take that, but it hightens my anxiety.
Now, i just started Paxil (1week ago) for an all-of-the-time solution and Xanax (also started 1 week ago) for when I need it.
My question is since I have been taking the xanax and paxil (along with the wellbutrin) everyday, I wonder if I will notice when the paxil kicks in? Are there any concerns with this trio?

Hello, i'm feeling bad because just before i was banned from this online store, i had chosen great sex dvd's that i cannot find anywhere else, and i was ready to order them. The manager banned me because i had ordered about 3 times, in other words, i ordered the first time but found out i needed to change my order.. then the next two times i changed it again( the system works as this: you order online, and order number is created then you have to send the money)..cause i felt it wasn't what i really wanted.. so he perhaps got mad and banned me. Hi..I would like to know if anyone has any info about this procedure that they can share. I am looking for real answers please as I am beyond the "you should have thought about it b4 you got it done" we all make mistakes. I am and African American with dark skin and wanted to know if I am a good canditate for tattoo removal by laser. The ink is Black and was done professionally. the area is about 2.5 * 2.5 inches and it is more of an outline...it doesn't have too much shading. I also wanted to know if anyone knows how the lenghth of time the ink has been in the skin affects removal. Some websites say older tattoos are harder to remove, and some websites say the opposite that new tattoos are harder to remove. Any comments or personal experiences anyone can share is greatly appreciated. Also if anyone has tried any Doctors in the Washington DC, Maryland or Virginia area that they are satisfied with please share thier information. Thanks in advance

Diabetes is a real problem. Obesity is mentioned almost daily in the media. Still when we get type 2 diabetes and have to depend on blood glucose monitoring devices, we still have inaccurate measurements. While there are all sorts of metering devices available, all sorts of Federal regulations, all sorts of FDA testing prior to commercial release, why on earth are our lifelines to good health so inaccurate? Even national laboratories are inconsistent. Our medical professionals depend on their accuracy and we, patients, depend on our meters for good diabetic control. So why are they so wrong. Yes, meters are better than they were twenty years ago. While I am greatful that they even exist, we have such technology as to be able to get to the moon, but I can't get an accurate glucose reading much less an accurate HbA1c reading. For example, my last A1c result was 6.4 in the doctor's office while that same morning my home test was 5.9! It's just a sad state of affairs.
