Yeah - wait another week and then test.
Stress would be the biggest thing - but it could be a lot of stuff. Were you sweating with other women? When I played volleyball, we all got on the same cycle because our hormones mixed.

A lot of things can affect your cycle. Diet, exercise, and stress are among a few. Woman can even want to be pregnant so much that we will have symptoms ~ there is an actual term used to describe this! Try to relax and trust nature to take its course. It will happen when you least expect it!
Also, my HGC hormone wasn't strong enough to be detected with a urinalysis with my first pregnancy. I was 3 months prego b4 I got the results, via blood test.

You maybe putting a lot of pressure & stress on yourself to get pregnant. That may have caused your period to be late. Wait a few more days & take the test again.

One important question...Were you practicing safe sex?
There is a slight chance that you're pregnant. 3 days late is normally nothing to be concerned about. I've been up to 2 weeks late. I would wait till next month when you're supposed to get your period again. If it doesn't show up. Then go to you Gyn. Good Luck

ok, my freakishly accurate period which always landed on the the 28th day, always, was 5 days late once. so, your body can be late sometimes. are you stressed? hormone levels may be out of whack. did you have unprotected sex? all of these could contribute to a late period. wait a bit longer before you freak. after a week or so, try a test again.

THere's a possibility that your period was just delayed. Have you always had regular menstrual cycle?Like every 28 days?
I get that sometimes too, my period gets delayed for 2-4 weeks.

Wait another week. A period can change the time and start date. It is normal.

A major possibility is stress. Stressing out about not starting your period can and will delay it.

I'd say wait another week as well. You could still be pregnant or it might be stress or other factors holding up your period.

Yes, you could still be pregnant, but being late can also be caused by stress, sickness and other issues.
