Yeah, that happens to me too. But then the Doc confirmed that I have bronchitis so I felt better - as in not a hypochondriac.

It's called the placebo effect. Studys have shown that mearly having a perscription in hand can make someone feel better. Many people feel great right before they go to the doctor, so if you have an ongoing issue you should make notes, keep a log and even if you feel great on the day you see the doctor, be sure to tell her about all the problems you've been having. Just as you feel better right before seeing the doctor, you'll notice that once you've gotten home you feel worse.
You're not alone, this happens to many many people.
Good luck

One time the Dr. starts off with "How are you" to which I respond "Fine" just out of habit and he says "Well get outta here!", he was being funny, we both laughed.

Have you ever owned a car that was acting up? Scheduled it for a tune-up and got to the garage and the car acts like it's fresh off the showroom floor?? Same thing..

Yeah, I get that too. Kind of like having a couple of really good hair days right before your haircut.

Things always happen like this. Just like your hair always looks good on the day you are booked to get it done.
