Drinking lot of water. Can u tell us what is the total amount of water u drink in a day? Any thing between 3 to 5 litres a day is not more.It is good if u take lots of water as it flushes out lots of 'toxins' from ur body and keep u in good healthier condition.U also have a free and regular motion which gives an indication that ur general health is good.Ur improved sleep is another indication that ur general health has improved. So carry on with ur drinking good amount water. It is a healthier practice.Go ahead with it .U will not have any problem what so ever.Good luck to u.

You have taken the right step. However, try to eat your dinner a bit early, say at least 3 hours before you sleep.

Drink some warm milk or water before sleeping. It helps to sleep sound.

No, but dehydration and overhydration both prevent sleep. It is very hard to overhydrate.
