yeah. Don't freak out. Black tounge is common. Something about your saliva enzymes and pepto. best way not to get it, take pepto, then drink water, and thenbrush your teeth

LOL - I had a black tongue for 3-5 days. Really freaked me out. It is a common side effect. It even mentions it on the bottle. I haven't taken it since then. I felt like I looked like a Chow dog with the black tongue. Nothing takes it off either. I tried everything.

ive never heard of that. but it does say on the bottle that it will turn your poop black. but thats normal. maybe balck stuff on your tongue is kind of along the same lines.
