=/ How long is the average for them to get better? Im 16 and they dont hurt a WHOLE lot, like Tylenol does the trick for me =] and does the salt water thing help a whole loT?

They will hurt for a while. You went through a major ordeal. Swelling can stay up to 2 weeks to even a month.

i also used a heating pad around my face when the pain got really bad...the pain usually goes away in about a week!! Sorry for your pain but i hope that you feel better soon!!! Also...Advil or Naproxen will work better than Tylenol because it relieves the swelling and the pain.

Just don't worry about, wait a day or two more. But if you really want to call the dental office, that's what you pay them for.

It might take up to week, just depends on how your body heals. Just relax, rest up and enjoy all the mushy foods you get to eat!
