i have an mp3 player and i am worried that i can lose my hearing by listening to it. My mp3 player has 31 levels of volume. The level I have is 21. Should i lower the level or can i raise it or am i fine?

I want to fix my life, i want to get some better hair, and work out. I also want to get away from my wife and all her problems she caused me like living on welfare checks and in a trailor. For the past couple of days I have been feeling short of breath. I don't smoke or have asthma/allergies and I'm not old. I exercise and eat healthy. It doesn't seem very life threatening and nothing else is wrong with me but my chest feels tight and my breathing is heavy.

would it be obvious that someone has genital herpes by looking at his penis,

If they dont have a breakout would it look obvious that they have genital herpes ??

U coould still get it by oral sex unprotected right??

Some years ago my sugon did a partial bi pass, then the next year he went in again and took the line al the way.
Question. With both sugeris there are certain foods, spices, and medications to avoid..
The sugon then gave me a list of no, no, foods. This was, 14 years ago.
Where can I take a refresher class on the bi pass/ stomach staple surgery on line ? foods we can eat like that..

i always had a query going on in my mind, i have noticed that most people who commit suicide always have some materialistic need which is not fulfilled other than sickness which drives them to suicide like not getting ends met, failure in love, loss of money, etc etc. so my question is that as we all know, monks dont have materialstic needs like money, love, sex, home, cars.......etc....do u think they have any reasons to suicide??? i mean what can be the probable factors for it?
