No, and creatine is a waste of time and money as well. It is human nature and part of the American culture to desire immediate gratification, at the expense of logic and reasoning. That's why it's so easy to fall for these clever marketing ploys and schemes promising huge gains with minimal effort. You know, deep down, it's a lie. If you want to build muscle, you need to dedicate yourself to hard work and proper nutrition and forget about the miracle pills and suppliment industry.

N O is the best thing to use nitris oxide is what the muscle need. I also use long jack an herble supplement that increases the testosteron. works in the gym and the bedroom.

steroids and related stuff are proven to have lot of side effects among which seen commonly are infertility , male developing breasts, osteoporosis....and lot more. stick to high protien and normal carb diet carb and pump iron-work with weights. there is no point inviting problems for a temporary fake extra ordinary biceps....
