I have a very high motabolism so as soon as I stuff my face, I burn off the calories in that same day, the more I eat the less I gain' I wanted to know what type of foods should I eat? what type of exercises do I do?, and how many times a day should I eat if I wan't to go from 140lbs to about 185lbs in about 6 months? hey i have severe chest pains and pain in the lower areas of my back- almost on the side. both sides hurt but the left side is agonizing. i'm afraid to visit the doctor- even after being advised that i should- i feel as if i don't have an emergency and like doctors will be wasting their time. and somehow i feel embarrassed... do u know where the pains come from?

3 years ago, my nan was diagnosed with Breast Cancer, she had a mastectomy and the doctor said it was all clear. Then last year my nan was diagnosed with breast cancer again, she had another mastectomy but this time it wasnt as successful, the cancer spread to her bones and then a couple of weeks ago the doctor confirmed that it had spread to her liver and said she only had about 3 months to live.
Does anyone know how correct these diagnosis's are and is anyone in a similar situation? I'm extremely concerned that she may not be alive to spend Christmas with me and my family as she wants to.

i have dandruff right above my face and right above my back in my scalp. when i try to "loosen" it with a comb my haed gets red spots and starts to hurt. i have really thick, long, curly hair and i have tea tree shampoo and conditioner but its not really helping. is there anything that i can do?

my life seems like it's falling apart. my fiance and i are in the process of getting married, but because he is on a visa we need approval from the govt first. they have just sent our application back to us causing 8 more weeks of waiting. my fiance is not working due to his visa situation, i am a student, with only part time job paying peanuts, my cousin was killed in car accident last night, we have no food, no money and i have no real friends i can talk to. my family is living in South Africa so they are so far away. i just don't know what to do to sort everything out. i feel so defeated and have nil self-confidence. my fiance doesn't know how to help me. i find myself crying constanly not being able to stop.

i know some of you are gonna give me answers like i just feel sorry for myself, but i just don't know what to do anymore.

I have bad allergies, and I also live with pets, so my under eye circles can get pretty bad. Sometimes they get kinda reddish pink because of my allergies. I really want to hide them. Do you know any great brands that are light and possibly healthy that I can use?
Oh, and please only name products that I can buy at my local Target or Walmart!

Please note- I don't need a wrinkle treatmeant because I'm only thirteen!
