As someone who has also struggled with weight issues for a long time i can tell you that there are never "easy" ways and the most effective is often the hardest but the healthiest.

Why don't you give it a shot and go to see a nutritionist instead? He/She could make out a diet and fitness plan that revolves around your lifestyle so that you won't find it so very difficult. Exercise does not have to be a pain, it can actually be fun...things like swimming, aerobics classes with friends, going for a walk and a chat with your mum, yoga, walking the dog...there are so many options!

I don't know if you can get it in Mumbai, BUT this website offers shipping worldwide - www.bodybuilding.com. Lipo-6 is one of their top ten products and they have the best price on it.

I have used it and it works, but you must be working out as well.

My other 'easy" way, to go natural : you need to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. The 45 minute thing is not true, but don't over 60 minutes at a time.

Do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.

The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!

Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.

Good luck and stick at it.
