Each body type is different and will react differently to diets and excercise. You cannot increase your height. You can decrease your body fat by watching your diet, your portions, the amount of calories you eat, and by exercise.

Exercise and don't eat junk food. See a nutritionist. Believe it or not yoga can help you lose weight and make you taller- spinal elongation from the postures! But you'll probablly grow anyway. You'll be FINE! No one can stand themselves at 13!

there's no way that you can INcrease height--that's all in your genes. so is your body type. my suggestion for you is to go to www.borders.com and look up teen health books--there are weight lifting and weight bearing exercises, along with guided eating tips, to tone and change your body,
