Ok its gotten ok now, but I still don't think Im 100% recovered from it. Should I work out anyway?

I wouldnt say its the best thing to be doing when you have the flu but if you do you need to drink lots of water and stop when you feel like your gonna puke.or if you feel sick at all.past experience.

You can work out, but do it slowly and with a lot of hydration.
Stop if you feel weak or anything abnormal.
And go slow.

no way. you would be spending all the energy your body cells are using for healing. what you need is rest and fluids.
