1200 is the least anyone should have a day if they want to remain healthy. Try the Special K diet. I did it for a week and lost 10 pounds. I've been not doing it now for a month and have not put any weight back on. Thought I'd pick it up again this week and see if I can lose another 10.

if you are trying to lose near 30lbs 2 months, I say you this way is wrong. because you don't lose more than 5-7lbs in 1 month.

I ate maximum of 500 calories , and in one month I droped 35 lbs. it was unhealthy , but I still lost the weight.

You have to have at least 1000 calories just to get up and breathe and make it through your day without exertion. Anything you burn over 1000 will go toward burning off fat.
