Is a once a day turnout better for you than a a bi-weekly release?

YES, you should have about 7-9 poos a week, that is better than 2 poos a week. as you are pooing out bad things, so you dont die

For sure at least once a day is better than a couple of times a week. Think of the effects of the toxins as they build up in your body. I even feel crap ('scuse the pun!) if I don't manage at least once a day. If you're having probs getting into a routine with your poo habits, introduce more fibre or a good strong cup of coffee ( fresh ground, Turkish or Polish style with grinds and all mind you!), that'll wake up your bowels!!

Daily poos are better than weekly poos - imagine all that crap bubbling and hissing inside you for days, yuk...

The frequency at which you go is determined by the food you eat - greasy/dry stodgy foods can bung you up, where as fresh veg and lighter foods make you go more frequently.

2-3 times a day would not be considered unhealthy, unless it is very loose (diarrhoea)

It can vary from person to person. I or 2 will be the normal amount but some people go more and some less which is'nt a problem. The problem is when you have a change in bowl habit you should then visit your GP.

once or twice a day is good, twice a week is definitely not good

This sort of infrequency its allegedly linked to piles, bowel cancer and other stuff, go to the Drs

on the other hand 2-3 a day can be a sign of Seliacs disease (spelling) but just go see the Dr

once a day is ok twice is not unusual but here again depends on your eating habits if you are a big eater then 3 times a day would not be unusual

3 a day is HEALTHIEST.

Take Flax Sead meal in the morning with your cereal.
Wheat Germ in there too.
5 prunes a day.
Lots of fiber rich foods like beans, dark green veggies.

It really depends on how much fiber you eat, and I know spinich has alot of that. Once a day would be fine if you don't eat every meal.
