i quit smoking saturday how much more longer will it take for the craving to go away they are not as bad as the second or third day way but the cravings are still attacking me what can i do to make these cravings less serious i dont want to smoke any more but i am afraid i might kneel down to these cravings help by the way i am doinfg this cold turkey i was a 30 yr smoker.

I would'nt sit on public toilet seats even after people say its cleaner than my kitchen sink. I just dont like the idea of putting my butt on a place where hundreds of other people put their butts. I dont care how clean or dirty the bathroom is, its just gross.

O.k. I have a slight problem walking and cooridinating my left leg. It makes me not have a smooth walk like I did when I was 21. It is probably tghe result of doing drugs when I was younger in college. I always had girls back then. I do not do drugs anymore for 5 years and earned my degree and have a good job but I am so humiliated by having an akward walk now I do not ask any girls out anymore because I feel it is a huge turn-off for them and I am ashamed. Are you conscious about your hygiene? I am very! I make sure I don't smell. I bathe every morning and I eat mints when I know my breath is not fresh.
I wonder why some people could care less. Is it because they are unaware or they are immuned to be dirty.
What about you? Would you just open your mouth and do you go out without even cleaning yourself?

I have fibrocystic breast disease in my left breast which at times can be painful. For the past year now I have had this constant pain near that breast but more close to my underarm. It even hurts when I wear any type of bra especially underwire. I am 36 years old and no longer have a cycle due to a hysterectomy. My doctor just blames it on the cysts. Should I be concerned?
