As longer U want it,U can masturbate as many times U want it.
For me,I'm also masturbate everyday during the shower time.
Nothing bad or side effect will U get from this.Just a health matter
to do.

It's NOT harmful, it's perfectly normal. "How often" doesn't matter unless you get to the point where it interferes with your social life, relationships, responsibilities, etc.

You may "run dry" but I don't think any harm, aside from getting sore skin from rubbing it.
