i weigh about 160 and i would like to get back down to about 145 or maybe less but i dont have time to exercise is there anyone with any suggestions?

Not to argue, but do you REALLY not have time to exercise or are you choosing not to make time? You don't have 30 minutes in the morning? Can you get up 30 mins earlier than you do now? What about after work, in the evening...no 30 mins there to walk or do aerobics at home? Can you work 30 mins of exercise into your day by parking far from buildings, taking stairs, going the long way around to the restroom, etc?

Exercise is KEY to losing weight, and toning your body as you lose...you can cut calories and drop some pounds, but your result will be so much more dramatic if you boost that metabolism by being active, and burning more calories...also, by building a little muscle, your metabolism will burn faster all the time, even at rest...so that'll be a weightloss benefit too...

ith Hoodia I lost 4lbs the first week! After a month, I'm down 13Lbs!
Personally I think 100% Hoodia in tablets is best!

Check with your doctor before starting any weight loss program.
The problem w/Hoodia is 90%+ are scams. The real Hoodia is expensive and only the one imported from S.Africa has been show to work.
Many people go for the low cost scam Hoodia and have no results!

First you have to cut back on food intake without that you are spitting in the wind but don't starve yourself.
2nd everyone think exercise has to be a long duration at a time. Start slow like ten minutes a day walking on your break/ at lunch once you start seeing results you will make time because you want to. It is just human nature to make time for things we like to do especially if we get a benefit out of it.

eat a low fat diet portion control eat about 6 time a day breakfast snack lunch snack dinner and snack that will work i n loosing weight and dont forget ur water replace everything with water
u could start for instance if u work instead of taking elevator take stairs parking ur car a block away from were u are going and walk
lunch time breaks u could walk for 15 min
walking is a good souce of cardio
