ith Hoodia I lost 4lbs the first week! After a month, I'm down 13Lbs!
Personally I think 100% Hoodia in tablets is best!

Check with your doctor before starting any weight loss program.
The problem w/Hoodia is 90%+ are scams. The real Hoodia is expensive and only the one imported from S.Africa has been show to work.
Many people go for the low cost scam Hoodia and have no results!
**** VERY IMPORTANT NOT TO GET RIPPED OFF ---
#1. Be sure you are buying pure Hoodia...look for the import certificate on the website. No matter the price, if they do not display this, you really do NOT know what you are getting!
#2. Be sure it is 100% Hoodia & not mixed w/other herbs, etc.!!
#3. Keep in mind it stops your hunger pangs…you MUST remember to break your habit to always eat at certain times.
#4. Drink a full 8oz. glass of water with it!
You can read a good article about how it works at:

Not to be a smart ***....there really is no HEALTHY weight loss mircale except for gastrobypass. The healthy way is to eat less and excercise more, or get on a natural weight loss supplement. Unless you want to grow a tale or get heart complications. If there were a weight loss miracle...no one would be over weight.

Unfortunately nothing really creates rapid weight loss, but I've found that the most effective thing is to cut out as much fast food, preservatives, refined carbohydrates and processed sweets as you can. This helps with excess water weight and also balancing blood sugar so you don't have as many cravings. Complex carbs like whole grain pasta, brown rice, etc. are great in small servings along with a little healthy fat like olive oil and lots of of veggies like soup and salad. Also a lot of protein like chicken and fish, and have low sugar fruit like melon or berries for dessert. Exercise is great of course, the only thing is not doing so much that it make you hungrier. Pilates (I like the Winsor dvds) is great because it tones you up really fast and you can do a workout at home in just 20 minutes if you are really busy. Also drinking lots of water and herbal tea helps to keep my hands occupied so I don't snack :-)

Best Weight Loss Approach

Once you have prepared your mind to lose weight, you should build that promise and go into it with the best attitude. You know weight loss can be a big challenge. And for some of us can be really tough. You know it takes time to change the lifetime habits. But this is a practice which all of us should learn as a way to get succeed. It is only you who have the ability to lose unwanted pounds.

We all have to behave like a winner and not like a loser - keep in mind that emotions are like muscles and the ones you use most grow the strongest. If we look at the negative side of things we will become pessimistic. Even small negative approach has more effect than the great positive approach.

We all know that negative approach is not going to help us anyhow but is going to stop us from getting the things we want to. When a negative approach gets into your mind, put back it reminding yourself that you're somebody, you have confidence and you have unique strengths and talents. Consider what lies ahead of you. Losing weight is not just about diet. It's about a whole new you and the chance of creating a new life for yourself. Find the weight loss programs that call to you and that you feel will teach you the behavioral skill you need to fix with all over the weight-loss course. Look for the support from your friends and family. It can be really helpful to discuss the difficulties and sharing skills and best approach with those who are in the course of losing weight. You can get some weight loss tips from some one you know who has lost weight and able to keep it off.

There are large numbers of successful weight loss stories today. On television and in newspapers, magazines and tabloids about people who have amazingly lost unwanted pounds and kept it off. In all instances they say their mental attitude as well as their outlook on life has totally changed.

Weight loss programs are more flexible now than they once were and there are many prepared foods already portioned out. These foods are made good-looking and can be ready in a matter of minutes. Low-fat and low-calorie foods are on shelf all over.

You will need to learn new, wiser eating skills. You will feel like a weight loss regimen that gives you some control, rather than imposing one rigid system. Look for one that offers a variety of different eating plans, so you can choose the one that's best for you.

Notice that your weight loss program must include some physical exercises. Look at your exercising part of your weight loss program as a fun and not as a sweaty work. Anyone willing to take the few simple steps that lie between them and fitness will shortly begin to feel better, and the improvement will reflect itself in every facet of their existence.

You know walking is the best exercise as is recommended by doctors. It helps the circulation of blood throughout the body and has great impact on your overall health. There are many exercises like aerobics, jogging, swimming which help any of weight loss program. But one thing you must keep in mind is to discuss all the exercise and weight loss programs with doctors.

Ive lost 77 lbs in 16 weeks, I don't starve myself or eat only fruits and veggies. I went to a dietitian and was prescribed a appetite suppressant calls asipex, which I take one daily, it keeps me from being overly hungry so I don't feel deprived and want to eat all the time. I also take a B12 complex shot once a week. It helps with your energy level to get you up and going. Stay away from aspartame (the sweetener in diet sodas) it reacts in your body just like sugar and signals your body to deposit fat. Also stay away from caffeine it gives you cravings. Try switching your larger meal a day to lunch time so you burn the calories off in the afternoon. I don't exercise but keep very busy doing house work and yard work, plus I have an active job. I hate to exercise and find it a waste of my time. Good luck.

If you are really overweight, just get weight loss surgery such as gastric bypass or lap band. Surgery has the best success rate and its getting less difficult and safer all the time. You'll be so happy. I've rarely seen anyone who regretted this move.
