on a regular u/a, it usually takes a little over a month for the average 150 pound person....only drinking water, and clear fluids, and not exposing yourself at all to it will flush it faster....best thing is to quit for at least a month and a half, then do the test.....that is your best bet.

it depends on a lot of things. how much, how often ect ect. drink plenty of water(gal a day) and excercise. Also eat tons of fruits and veggies fresh ones. That is the best method of working any thing out of you body as best as possible.

Just don't do drugs. It takes 6 mos. It's in your hair, in your gums, fat cells etc.
